Your countertops work hard every day, and even the most durable surfaces need occasional attention. Our annual Countertop Care Program includes professional cleaning, an inspection of your countertops, seams, and sink attachments, minor chip repairs, silicone and caulking maintenance, and natural stone sealing when needed. We'll also identify any developing concerns and offer recommendations to help keep your countertops looking their best. It's a convenient way to take care of the routine maintenance that isn't included in your one-year installation workmanship warranty.

Countertop Care is an optional maintenance service, not an extended warranty. Purchasing it does not change or replace your existing warranty coverage, and it is not required to keep that warranty. Plumbing, cracks, sink reattachment, and major repairs are not part of the visit. All services are subject to their respective terms.

Do I need this if my countertops are still under warranty?
No. Buying Countertop Care is not required to receive warranty coverage you are otherwise entitled to, and the program does not extend or replace an installation warranty or a manufacturer's warranty. The comparison above is the distinction.
Can I enroll if Millennium didn't install my countertops?
Yes. The program is available for eligible stone countertops regardless of who installed them. Existing damage or conditions that need extensive repair may be evaluated and quoted separately.
Do quartz countertops need annual maintenance?
Quartz is low-maintenance, but it isn't maintenance-free. Silicone joints can deteriorate, residue can accumulate, and minor chips can occur. Engineered quartz typically does not need sealing, and the visit still covers qualifying silicone, residue, and chips.
What surfaces can I enroll?
Kitchen care is $299.95. A laundry room is $114.95. A pantry is $134.95. A bar is $199.95. Vanity countertops are $124.95 each. These prices are the full annual amount.
Are there travel charges?
No. The price you see is the full amount. We do not add a travel charge or sales tax.
Will my natural stone be sealed?
We'll evaluate granite, marble, and quartzite and apply a penetrating sealer when it is appropriate for the material. Not every stone needs sealing every year. Engineered quartz typically does not require sealing.
Does the program cover cracks, broken sinks, or major repairs?
No. The visit is not insurance and not an extended warranty. Professional cleaning does not guarantee removal of permanent stains, scratches, etching, or damage. Inspection is visual and may miss hidden problems. Structural failures, cracks, sink reattachment, plumbing, water damage, broken sinks, consequential damage, and other major repairs are not included. Work outside the annual service needs separate approval and pricing.
Does the program include unlimited service calls?
No. One scheduled maintenance visit during each annual service term covers only the rooms you select. Additional appointments are quoted separately. Every selected room is part of that same visit.
What types of chip repairs are included?
Up to two qualifying repairs per visit, about 1/4 inch or smaller, subject to the technician's evaluation. The repair is meant to improve the appearance. It will not necessarily be invisible. The result depends on the stone, the location, and the damage.
Is silicone replacement included?
Qualifying caulking around countertops, backsplashes, and sinks is included, including routine touch-up or replacement within the service limits. Silicone maintenance covers accessible, routine joints. Extensive removal, reconstruction, or remediation is additional.
What happens after I submit my request?
The form charges the full visit total today and keeps the card on file for the same charge once a year. After you pay, the confirmation page and your email include a link to cancel future charges at any time. It is not a confirmed appointment. We'll contact you to review the rooms and coordinate a time.
